Infinite Possibilities -
                             Optimal Solutions...

The above quote, which was given by one of the world's most influential and profound geniuses, is a very  accurate description of the current, human dilemma.  We, as human beings occupying this tiny, blue marble (our spaceship if you will) are currently standing on the edge of the abyss as we're causing our planet to become uninhabitable for not only humans, but several other species as well.

The illustrations below demonstrate both the current human/environmental condition (Self-Interest + Disconnection) and the inverse, which is the Harmony + Balance civilization MUST achieve if we're to have any hope of survival.
"A human being is part of the whole called the universe. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest. This delusion of consciousness is a kind of prison restricting us to personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."   - Albert Einstein -
What does this mean and what can be done?

A great way to understand how everything is connected is to briefly examine the culture of indigenous people. If you've ever visited an indigenous tribe in their natural environment, assuming their way of life hasn't been compromised by outside influences, you'll quickly begin to realize how crucial it is that they live in harmony with nature as opposed to manipulating it for short-term gains. They've learned through trial and error, from generation to generation, about the circle of life. They understand there's no such thing as "action" without "reaction." It's truly amazing how disconnected most of us have become from this principle.

A brilliant statement made by Julia "Butterfly" Hill (the woman who spent over two years living in an ancient redwood to save it from being cut down) eluded to this principle: "When we throw something away...where's away? There's no such thing as away because it goes right back into the environment - our environment, which effects us all down the line". You can think of it as a river or the wind...we're all downstream and down-wind from not only other people, but from ourselves as well...because (sorry for the cliche) - "what comes around - goes around!"
It's with much love and gratitude we say the following...

What is the smartest thing we can do...NOW?

Although modern society has produced exponential leaps in technology, which in turn has produced unprecedented wealth and abundance - it's now apparent that our current rate of consumption and subsequent poisoning of planet are undeniably unsustainable. However, members of The CT Project believe that recent developments in green-technology (which are in dire need of support) have produced many solutions which can be employed to help mitigate our current dilemma. Rather than continuing to be complacent and allow the continued degradation of our life-giving planet, we've decided to do something about it...Learn More
